Bimar is located in the Izmir Technology Development Zone (Urla) on the IYTE campus and employs 38 personnel who are an average of 30 years old.

Bimar is continually improving its processes in order to provide the best service to internal customers within the Arkas family of companies, which are continually increasing and are leaders in their respective sectors. For this reason, the company's organizational structure has been designed to operate based on CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and ITIL (the IT Infrastructure Library).
