Microsoft and EDMER (e-Government Research Center) collaborated to host an event called "Software Technologies, Quality Management and Certifications" on 24-25 December 2007 in Ankara.

This event provided information and practical advice regarding software project management, software methodologies, software design templates and managing testing and configuration. During the event, Bimar described the current status of its software development processes, the effect of these processes on customer satisfaction and software quality, the actions taken to achieve success and the lessons learned along the way.
