- 1984 Bimar begins operations as Arkas' Information Technology Department.
- 1997 Bimar Information Technology Services S.A. is founded with the goal of providing professional solutions.
- 2002 Company is reorganized under the slogan "Our sails are set for change, our destination is customer satisfaction".
- 2003 Company's organizational structure is re-designed to operate based on CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library).
- 2004 Corporate integration projects carried out for software such as SAP, NAVIS and Catlogic, which were purchased for use within Arkas Holding.
- 2005 Next Generation Agency (YNA) project begins.
- 2006 Software Development Department begins operations at the Teknopark Branch, which opens on the Izmir IYTE campus.
- 2007 Completed modules of the Next Generation Agency project go live.
- 2008 Bimar completes the transfer of its Service and Support operations to Arkas Holding. Bimar makes organizational changes necessary to carry out software development, software support and system integration for logistics, ship agencies and operations, port operations, system integration and transportation via sea, air, truck and rail.
